Joint pain, a common ailment affecting many, can significantly impact daily activities and overall quality of life. At Pax Internal Medicine Associates, we believe in addressing the root causes of joint pain to provide lasting relief to our patients. Let Dr. Amanambu guide you with comprehensive care.
The Underlying Causes
Joint pain can arise from various factors. For many, being overweight puts additional stress on the joints, especially the knees and hips. This added pressure can lead to wear and tear over time, causing discomfort and pain. Additionally, a sedentary lifestyle or lack of regular exercise can lead to joint stiffness and pain. Dr. Amanambu can advise you on what activities would be beneficial to your general health and promote healthier joints.
