What is Preventive Medicine?
Preventive medicine is a broad term used to describe what physicians do to prevent illness and disease. The goal is to promote and maintain good health for individuals so they don’t develop a disease in the first place.
Doctors may use a variety of methods to help patients identify risk areas and take steps to combat them. This could include screening for various health conditions, as well as promoting healthy habits or lifestyle changes. Even administering immunizations falls under the category of preventive medicine.

Based on these outcomes, Dr. Amanambu can provide a personalized care plan that focuses on your specific needs, recommending lifestyle changes or medication that will deliver the best results for you.
